Hi, this looks great, but I think from a usability point of view, certain elements could be better.

One thing that springs to the front immediately is selection of directories.

Would it be possible to change this? I don't think double-clicking to select is intuitive. Perhaps you could make it so that clicking on the folder icon would select the folder, whilst click-dragging the folder name would enable dragging?

The present behaviour in the 5.0 version is exactly as you describe (if you are using FireFox). IE is broken but I do not currently have the time to figure out the fixes.
