Difficulties with htmlmail.tpl.php. Need help...

Issue Summary

Hi there.

I use on my site a custom theme that uses various features such as an image as a background, a banner in flash, various menus and other features.

I installed the module HTML Mail and all others appointed for its proper use, but I'm having the following problems:

1 - E-mail Testing: emails are being sent without formatting - each item of the menu is displayed on one line, creating an unnecessary number of lines; at the place where the banner in flash was supposed to appear, a Adobe's image appear indicating the download of the Flash; at the end of the message are displayed several lines, full of random characters that do not form any readable text ...

2 - E-mail Pages: When e-mail is sent by some of the pages on site with this function, the messages does not display any content in the email or the text entered by the user. These emails are created through the webform module.

Obviously, don't is possible to insert the entire complexity of the site in each of the e-mail, and wouldn't be interest on my part to doing that.

However, I use a standard form in HTML (In fact, it's an HTML page), which is very similar to the template used on my site, to send e-mails using a client program emails, however, more simple, no menus and no flash.

This model form is much simpler than any of the site's pages and the images that are used for this model stay in the area of the site.

Initially, I need help to make the e-mails to return to working.

How to I can configuring the model I mentioned earlier to make it a template email and be the default of the emails, or make all emails sent from the site using this model and having this layout as default?
