I'm not really sure if this is actually a bug, but: working with a subtheme of Omega (7.x-2.1), I visit a page on my site that doesn't exist. Although the page code seems to be there, I lose the main menu, and page structure. The site is 100% instead of 960px. Am I doing something wrong?

The Bartik theme also loses the menu, but it retains the other page structure and formatting.

Same here with Drupal 6.22 and Omega 6.x-1.0
