unpublish HEAD release node

urlfilter no longer exists in HEAD (as of 2006-08-31 -- http://drupal.org/cvs?commit=39479). however, since there's still a release node pointing to head (http://drupal.org/node/94515), the packaging script continues to complain about this (e.g. http://drupal.org/admin/logs/event/16405175).

simple solution: unpublish the HEAD release node and all is well.
