Hello,

I am setting up a localization server for bigbluebutton which can be found here.

When the server repackages the translations for a project's release the .po files are not in utf-8. For example the french translations which can be found here do not display correctly.

How do I resolve this issue.

I was opening the file using vi editor, and through firefox which were unable to display the characters correctly. However, when I downloaded the file everything was displaying correctly.
