Issue Summary
When we set the option on Common settings os Gallery Assist, to show titles, and then the option Linked to lightbox, when the slideshow is being showed using the plugin "PrettyPhoto", let's say you uploaded 3 images.
Then when you click on an image on the site it says 1/6, i don't know why, but when you ask to show titles of the containers and link them to lightbox and use this plugin "PrettyPhoto" it make this bug, so instead of navigate through 3 photos you end up navigating trough 6 photos, but after the 3thd photo they repeat it self, its like the titles make 3 more additions to the slideshow array and isntead of navigate trough 3 photos you navigate 2 times trough the 3 photos.

Another bug, if you look at bug-3.gif image, is that the © symbol is showed even if there is no copyright text, this should be hidden, because sometimes you want to just show copyright in some galleries and in other galleries you want to hide.

I can subscribe the bug of doubled images! How to solve?
