Do you see this as rather complex or easy task?

None of my sites run on Drupal 5.x so it's not an urgency for me -- but I hope to get it done sometime in February [*].

Because of the way access control works in Drupal 4.7 (anyone can give permission to access a node), the module uses the nodeapi to protect the privacy of the nodes. As I understand it, this will not be needed any more as Drupal 5's access control mechanism does allow to enforce the privacy of a node. So while the Drupal 5 version of the module will be simpler than the 4.7 version, some parts of it will need rethinking, but I don't see that as a complex task.

I haven't followed all the differences between 4.7 and 5, but I guess it should be easy to get the module to work in 5 as it is - ie. without taking advantage of Drupal 5's new access control mechanisms.

[*] But don't make any comitments on the back of me saying that ! I can only guarentee that it will be done when it will be done...
