I install the module but I can't see the calendar on my node.

I tried it with several settings in the configpage.

Now I debug it and set breakpoints in the theme functions. But it goes not to this function.

What do I wrong?

Sorry, I find it.

I must enable the module support in the contenttype configpage and now it works.

As I also think that this is not completely intuitive, I moved enabling support for specific content types to the admin settings form (like webform and many other contrib modules do). Committed to the 7.x-2.x head, will automatically appear in the dev version. You will need to run update.php to change some variables.
