Tundra and popups API

Hi,

I have installed the Popup API module. I am using the tundra theme. Basically, when I enable the popup module, i can see some links in a modal frame. However, when doing so, popup windows are displayed behind the page. Meanwhile, dimensions of the page are resized and appear shrunken. Has anyone come across a similar issue?
