It only happens on my site, but when I click the [RSS] block on MY site in FireFox I get a "Open With..."

On a side note, the server I am on is having some issues tonight so there is a chance that the image may not come up...

Does the same thing happen in IE ?

to diagnose it as a browser situation or a Drupal situation.

Yes so I did dig around and find my IE shortcut, and the browser does read the RSS. It happens at my FF at home, and work, and only on my site...
