Is there a way to categorize videos into galleries? I'm using the video module to show flv videos on my site. Is there anyway to group certain videos together so they will show up on the same page? I hope this makes sense.

Taxonomy module (which is part of core) is a great, flexible way to categorize content. You can view items of the same category on one page and a whole bunch of cool stuff, including creating a hierarchy.
