Seeking Drupal designer for website project

I am looking for someone to assist with the development of a Drupal based site. I need someone that is familiar with Drupal modules and integrating 3rd party php scripts into it (or modifying/creating Drupal modules.) I can show you detailed drawings of exactly how I would like the site to look visually, but would need you to make it all come together and work.

The right person will need:
*Good understanding of Drupal 5
*3rd party php integration skills and/or modifying/creating Drupal modules
*Good understanding of site design.
*Ability to make things such as a logos, banners...etc
*Understanding of website advertising
*Ability to configure multiple sites from one instance of Drupal

Some aspects of the site:
*Fast loading and clean (no flash required)
*Will need things such as logo, navigation bar, syndicated content, forums, classifieds, directories, games..etc
*Site will be doing some advertising (Google Ads, banners, affiliates…etc)
*Will use vbDrupal for forums

Ultimately I plan to launch several sites (so the right person needs to understand how to configure Drupal to work with multiple domains). I am looking for someone willing to help me out to get this project going, and allow me to pay them as I can (and as I make money from the site). I would really love to work with someone who is very flexible.

If anyone can help please get in touch. I do not think this site will be a huge undertaking for the right person. I am not seeking a content rich site, just something simple and functional. Once the first site is built, the others will be in the same format and should be a piece of cake.

I can send you details of my layout (drawings). I currently only need one site designed and will need the others done throughout the year.
