On webforms that use arrange fields, I am getting 'wf' links on the form for anonymous users. When logged in they do not actually show up unless im editing said form. I have uploaded an image of what im getting. Note that the anon users are not actually able to edit anything, when clicking the link nothing happens. the path for the link in my case is: javascript:
arrangeFieldsPopupEditField("webform", "16_3");
I feel (i may be wrong) that could lead to a security issue. But my attemts at getting by it still fail. None the less it still shows the links and makes the form not show up properly. We have checked all the permissions and none seem to effect whether the links show or not.
I would like to know if there is a fix to this or if anyone knows how to fix this.

richardp commentedThat's really weird-- never seen that before. Those should only be there while you are arranging the form, and even then, they should only show up on the floating "handle" that appears when you mouse over a field.
Usually when anything like this happens in AF, my first questions are:
Does this happen in other browsers, like IE, FireFox, and Chrome?
Does this happen in other themes, like Garland? Try temporarily switching to Garland to see what happens.
