I am using Drupal 5.1 and Links Package dated 29JAN07.

On: ?q=admin/settings/links

I set the following:

Visit link display mode: display as url

Open links in new window: all links

These settings do not appear to be working.

I go to: ?q=links/weblink

Every link is diplayed by description and opens in the same window.

Any thoughts?

Never mind. I see that the global admin settings is disabled in this release.

Actually, what you have reported is a legitimate bug, and is separate from the global link admin being disabled. The outbound links in separate windows should work in this release, but doesn't, and there is an existing issue (#99152) for this.

Sorry about the bug. I had some higher-priority critical issues to work on first, but will be attending to this one soon. Watch for a release in the next few days that fixes this.

I'm going to mark this issue as a duplicate of #99152, but please don't think I'm discounting your bug report. Feel free to follow and/or post to the other issue.
