I would like to use the left side-bar menus on the right, is it possible for me to swap them? Or can you provide the code for just the formatting of that those blocks?

if you want to swap only menu - go to block settings and change menu block display from left sidebar to right.

The left block design is different from the right block design. I'd like to use the same design on both sides or swap.

In this case you'll have to change the code a bit. I cannot give you detailed instructions due to lack of time. You may hire any coder who can do it in 30 min max.
