Subscriptions are not removed from {emf_subscription} on user deletion

While workin on the D7 port, I noticed that when a user account is deleted, its email address is unsubscribed from the service (an unsubscribe request is added to {emf_request} but existing subscription are not removed from the local database (in the {emf_subscription}).
