Noticed this while setting up a new site that I didn't have my htaccess file setup correctly. The flash file won't load if clean URLs are turned off for the site. Not sure if there's a way to fix or account for this but if not this is here as documentation.

hmm this may be why I can't get anything but the buttons to show up and never the capture window. I haven't set up clean URL's yet to check, but if I can get around to that I'll test it. I wonder if this can be edited so it doesn't need clean URLs?

EDIT - yup, as soon as I turned clean URLs on it appeared..
