REQ: Possible to have a Click to add zeroes tothose who have no responses after deadline / or automatice add zero

Ok, there are two situations:

a) there is no response after daedline==

Should be able to click button to add zeroes in batch to these
OR
simply have them added automatically if there is no completed response by due date
