Add image on main category form?

FIrst off, thanks for this module, it is exactly what I needed.

I understand perfectly how it works, but ultimately I want my site to be used by people who may find it confusing to create a category in one area and assign it an image in another.

Any chance you could move the functionality onto the main category editing interface using some hook_form_alter magic?
