when a subform field is added to a cck type but only the first part of the field entry is filled out (i.e. the part where it asks for the title.. but not the part where you enter the subform specific info)

then a corrupted cck field gets generated... the messgae looks like:

# 654:223: Subform Attach Link was unable to calculate what type to display
# 654:223: Subform Attach Link was unable to calculate what type to display

at the top of manage fields page for that cck type

only way to fix that i have seen is go into db and remove entries that show in a couple different tables
