"Customize menu title" and picking menu can't be saved on node create or node edit forms.

This patch fixes the inability to change the custom menu title and specific menu.

Tnx for reply. Patch #3 fixed menu selection and "Menu link title" field, but still there's the problem with "Customize menu title" checkbox. Once enabled it can't be disabled.

Just verifying post #6. The Customize Title checkbox does not change on node update.

It looks like the checkbox is being overwritten with the default value before it is saved.
