Try a hosting solution
I guess it depends on what you're trying to do. I am putting together a community site and I am using a hosted solution. The host (siteground in my case) provides the basic instructions and support. By flipping between their instruction guides and the drupal.org handbooks, I put together a site in about 2 days. You don't need to know any coding to create the site or add new modules. Actually, the instructions are available on siteground without signing up, so you might want to start there.
