Spam report failed: rate limited

To reproduce:
Tell comment approval queue page to submit more than 10 bad comments to Cloudflare as spam.

Would be nice to support the full page (25 comments) as a minimum, or to loop through and retry if the rate limit is exceeded.

I'm sorry, the CloudFlare Spam API web service is limited to 10 message per minute and this limitation is beyond my control.

Thanks for the report.

The developer has raised the API limit to 150/hour, which should cover this use case.

By the way, our appreciation once again to Brian for his development efforts with Drupal and the CloudFlare module in particular.
