i got the same error too. I had to delete the folder manually.

afaik, you need to enable the media_internet module first.

Duplicate of #1033904: Fatal error uninstalling media_youtube when media_internet is disabled: Class 'MediaInternetBaseHandler' not found. That one has a patch, so keeping that one. But this one has a better issue title, so I'm about to copy it to that one.
