you need to go to CONFIGURATION - MODULES - MEMBERS
and setup which information is displayed and which type of members are listed.
Hope that helps

I am in a similar situation.
I can see and access the members list as the ADMIN but no other users can see or access the members listing.
I have gone to the permissions and enabled the members part.
I have also gone to the settings > members part and selected roles and columns.
It is odd, for admin the module works fine but can't get it for anyone else.
Identical Result
Members list looks fine to Admin but 'not authorized' for other users. I have a role of 'member' defined and that role is specifically set in permissions to access the member module.
same here
I have a similar problem. No information at all is displayed for users. I've enabled all the permissions I could find and I've configured which roles and information shows up. Still, I get nothing: http://lug.wsu.edu/user/3
On a side note, once this is working, how do you enable more fields to show up? The only options I have to choose from are Roles, Username, Email, Last Seen and Picture. I want more of the profile to show up.
I want more of the profile
You need to turn on the profile module, then go in (not sure if it is administer>profile or administer>settings>profile) and add the extra fields you want to capture.
If you have already done this, you need to multiple select all the fields you want to display in the administer>members page and save the configuration
Have done so
look at these screenshots

As you can see, the fields in the profile are not showing up to be selected in the members page.
odd
I just noticed that if I change themes away from SpreadFirefox the profile listing works fine.
