Taxonomy_menu: TAC and Blocks

Issue Summary

Hi,
when i ability the TAC module all block come hidden the anonymous user. why?

i set the permission on TAC panel...

I use TAC with Taxonomy_menu

It is controlled by 'list' permission. Please check, if you set the "list" permissions correctly.

Does it happen on all pages?
