At the moment sparql_endpoint only works with the local ARC2 RDF store. As soon as RDFDB is a bit more functional, the sparql_endpoint should be modified to allow any RDF store backend for indexing RDF data.

There was a very experiment patch in #1069448-1: Support for RDFDB though the new RDF model support in #781972: Use RestWS for non-RDFa serializations and content negotiation in Drupal 7 will most likely affect this patch.
