password keeps getting lost for logins requiring me to request a new password

I have an admin account at www.nyreia.org . However everytime I try to login it takes me to the login page without any error. The only way I can get in is if I click on Request New Password, enter my user name and receive an email with a one time link for resetting my password. I keep setting my password back to the same password but it never lets me in after I log out again. Im worried that this is happening for all my users as well. I just recently installed the logintobbogin module to direct non users to the account login page. Could this have anything to do with it?

Please provide more details. e.g. Drupal version, logintoboggan version, PHP version.
It seems like PHP 5.2 related to me, or maybe not. Do have a look at http://drupal.org/node/102114, if the version is 5.2.
