I was keen on using Views Slideshow ImageFlow until I realised that ImageFlow is not free for commercial use. Some links:

To rectify this I think you need to find another library that is GPL-compatible.

I was mistaken re the original title of this issue. Drupal modules can implement GPL-incompatible libraries as long as these libraries are not distributed in the modules.

But for the sake of developers out there, I suggest that the frontpage of this module have a note saying that the ImageFlow library is not free for commercial use.
