Provides Context support for Blockcache alter. Based on a patch by trimsyndicate in #1062796: Integration with Block Cache Alter.

It currenty support both Context and Context Layouts block integration.

I posted this module but am unable to maintain it. bastnic contributed and committed a well-designed patch, http://drupalcode.org/sandbox/nedjo/1087298.git/commit/9514c43 and I would be happy to hand it over to him.
