When will student_mark release?

Since student_marks will depend on gradebook module, I am waiting for D7 version of gradebook. I build an experimental module for gradebook D6 and it works nice, but it is not publishable since it needs to make the user work with D6 and D7 together.
So, to prepare publishable version of the module I am waiting for Gradebook D7. You can follow form the issue here: http://drupal.org/node/1045796#comment-4501934
