Currently if I don't give users login to webcal the iframe just loops and never loads the calendar.
I am looking for a away to resolve that issue or only allow access to the public calendar as I don't need each user to have their own calendar.

I can see how this would be useful so I'll leave this open...

The public access calendar is by definition, totally public, you cannot control access to it.

Perhaps as a future feature we could have "Users" calendar where all Drupal users get mapped to a single WebCalendar user.

This version of WebCalendar integration is not supported anymore. The issue is closed for this reason.
Please upgrade to a supported version and feel free to reopen the issue on the new version if applicable.
