I have some blocks that are configured to be hidden and can be unhidden by user. I can't see this working... maybe i'm a little lost here, but i would thank a lot for a little help... thanks.

hidden and unhidden blocks are dealt with in user profiles, same as they are for users on drupal.org. IIRC what you are describing are not specifically apart of this theme or a theme issue.

If you mean collapsible blocks, what module are you using that provides that feature? I don't see that as part of this theme either.

Based on the age of the issue I'm marking as closed/fixed based on my response above. If you're still having trouble. Feel free to mark as active and provide more information in a way that allows someone to try and debug what is happening. ie: what extra modules are in use.
