Sure, Jeff's module can do exactly what this does and with a lot more bells and whistles.
This module was developed for a client, and we needed a very small and simple module with absolutely no bells and definitely no whistles for really quick and dirty CSS-fixes by non-Drupalistas.
I will probably withdraw this and leave CSS injection to the existing and obviously very popular module.
The number of Drupal modules is growing towards 10,000 and there's no reason to kick up more mud in the already murky waters.
