Editing block layout?

I've recently installed the weather module on my site, www.pineridgeskiclub.ca, and though it is working, due to the layout (and, no doubt, my lousy theming skills), the text is out of place. I looked through the code but couldn't figure out where the layout for the weather block would be found if I wanted to edit it to fit my site. Where would I find that?
