Banner and rotation works fine in FireFox 4.X but rotation not working in IE9/Win7-show first image only

Updated from jQuery Update 7.x-2.0 to jQuery Update 7.x-2.2 and it is now working.

still not working for me. but as I see Rotating banner uses its own jQuery library, how to update there with which files from the jquery_update?
