Add widget_item wrapper to make it more flexible

First, thanks to excellent module to life simple.

Recently I want to integrate this module with insert module that user can insert referenced photos in the editor, so I'd like to use a class name to locate each widget element.

Therefore I have added a theme function and simple template to the wrap the widget.

Please review the patch and wish to port it.
