After making new sites and cloning existing (only OA) on fresh Octopus instance (stable 8.2) i noticed new clients with the same name. Below is list of names in "Platform access control:" on make platform page:

This is probably an old bug, already fixed a few releases ago, I think, because I can't reproduce it.

Please upgrade to the latest stable, delete duplicated client nodes and then try to reproduce - maybe it is something post-import related, not sure..

I think it is a side effect of some new bug in the Hostmaster - I just reproduced your issue with duplicated client nodes created while trying to debug #1146014: A user can see sites that don't have a client associated., so I believe it is Hostmaster, not Octopus bug.

It is already a duplicate of #1146014: A user can see sites that don't have a client associated.
