We're a small, well-established, Toronto-based web agency with a ton of Drupal projects coming up. So we're seeking a front-end developer/themer for a 6 to 8-week contract to help deliver the goods.
For these projects, you will be handed a Drupal installation and a set of design mock-ups. You would then do your HTML, CSS and theming magic to bring the design to life.
The successful candidate must have:
- Expert (really expert) HTML and CSS skills.
- Excellent ability to customize a Drupal theme.
- A history of projects that show good design sense and attention to fine detail.
It's also good if you have knowledge of: complex user roles and permissions, the Blueprint or Adaptive theme (or similar high-quality base themes), and jQuery.
You must be available for occasional IM chats and Skype/phone calls during business hours (EST). A solid work ethic, good communications skills, and an obsession with deadlines is critical to your success in this contract.
