Overlabel JS, equalheights JS, and superfish CSS files are now only present in skins or using the Superfish module. Their files are no longer needed in core. Patch to remove files attached.

Follow-up patch needed to move Drupal.behaviors.fusionEqualheights code from script.js to js file under skins/core.
