I apologize if this has been answered... but I have looked everywhere else...

I can't get the block to show up on Drupal 7... I can get the "tags" tab and then submit "my tags" but No matter what I do I can't figure it out...

I know in D6 we had to set the taxonomy to be community tagging enabled... but I can't figure out how to do that on D7...

I have read the Readme File and for the most part feel as if the instructions don't work for D7...

This looks to be a bug... I was able to figure out that I needed to go to the configuration page for Community tags (admin/config/community-tags) which does not show up under admin/config...

You're right - I had fixed this in dev for #1137050: Incorrect configuration page path but hadn't made a new release. Is now fixed in 7.x-1.0-beta3.

Ah.. sorry, since I originally thought it was just an issue of it not working I didn't think to check for a ticket describing the config issue... :-)
