i try the patch with the wiki module wiki-4.6.x-1.x but it dosnt patch

this module is not being maintained. we have far better solutions now. please see http://groups.drupal.org/wiki

i have a large website: +1000 posts, many of which are formatted using the wiki input filter
would there be a way to "convert" these wiki formatted nodes to newer formatting?
