Tested on 6.x-1.0, Click supports manually created aliases for the click link.

For example,

System: node/2
Alias: foo

System: click/2/0
Alias: foo/bar

Result: viewing foo/bar will properly redirect to foo and count the click in group 0. This is useful when you don't want to have a generic url in your marketing literature, ads, etc.
