Hi everyone,

I've been through the forum at length but have not been able to find an answer to this. I think it's because I'm coming from a WordPress background. Anyhow, what I'm trying to do is to install Drupal in a subdirectory but have it showing up at the root. For example, I want my Drupal site to appear at www.example.com even though the actual Drupal installation is sitting in www.example.com/drupal

With WordPress it's a case of setting things up as per this page (http://codex.wordpress.org/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory) but I've not been able to find a similar solution here - I think I'm just not phrasing the question properly.

Anyhow, I'm hoping someone here can point me in the right direction.
