First off, thanks for the great module! We were really excited at the prospect of the whole department utilization side of things. However, none of the percentages are being calculated, such as:

storm/department-utilisation-by-week, day, etc
the utilisation percentage at the bottom of "My Person"

However, it does calculate things like timetrackings duration, Tracking/work time, work time left, etc.

Any ideas? Did we miss a step of the installation or enabling of the feature? Thanks!

Sorry for the late answer.
We are excited about the department utilization too.

Firstly have the Person in the Department for the selected time assigned an ticket or task? Tickets, Task and Projects have a start date and end date, this should be set. Or have all your tickets no start and no end date - then you should update storm contrib, fixed that bug 4 days ago.

Secondly the duration must be set for these assigned ticket or tasks. With no duration, there can't be calculated a utilization.

If none of these helps you out, please update to the latest build of storm contrib.

Seems to be fixed.
