Merge with the Redirect module for D7

Issue Summary

Given the functionality overlap, GlobalRedirect should merge with the Redirect module for Drupal 7. I've added a feature request for Redirect to add the transparent redirection functionality that GlobalRedirect has (#1155404: Merge GlobalRedirect's "transparent redirects" functionality) but otherwise IMHO Redirect is the way forwards for Drupal redirection handling.

I've got the 80% use case for global redirect already in code, but disabled since it was causing problems before. I'll have to take a look to see what I can do to re-enable it.

Is there anything I can help with? Is Redirect working with i18n? How about inbound and outbound URL rewriting?

Will there be an upgrade path once the functionality of this module is migrated to redirect?
