Fixed a problem with the document thumbnail path. It was being combined with a url construction function that was not needed and broke the path. This is fixed now, so teaser thumbnails will show up now.
The patch had partially broken the module. I have since fixed and tested it.
Fixed a few more problems caused by the patch.

This is my first official release of this module. In the future I intend to create Drupal 7 version. Feedback is welcome. Thanks!
