Please see attached image.

We are using a customized 960 theme over a custom hybrid of Mothership and Tao. We had no problems using CCK2.9. This problem began after installing CC3 alpha3.

I suppose it should be, "Can't create views elements properly," since I suppose you could make a view and even elements; just wouldn't be the most useful view or elements :)
