Official release from tag: 6.x-1.0-rc1

Changes since 6.x-1.0-beta1:

#1156932 by effulgentsia: support both CODE and PRE tags
#1224636 by greg.1.anderson, pwolanin: fix for path to plugin.js
Make the Code button label appear when using the office2003 or v2 CKEditor skins also (not just the kama skin). This is untested, but should likely work.

Initial beta release. The module works reasonably well (but only supports CKEditor currently).
