Team blog posts do not show up on team landing pages

There is a link on individual Team landing pages where a Team Captain can add a Team Blog Post. However, the blog post does not appear on the Team page once it's created and saved.

The created team blog posts show up in the list of content as published, but they're not getting pulled into the Team landing page.
